It is quite simple really. Any ‘inked’ American can make a contract with NAPSA and within 18 hours of their death, they will arrange for the areas of their skin that are inked to be surgically removed and preserved. And within 3-6 months your family will receive a framed print of your skin that can hang above your fireplace for posterity.

Our roving Special Counsel is particularly excited. During his 20’s he listened to too much Robert Plant and Led Zepellin. The song ‘whole lot of love’ – vrrooommm!! prompted him to get a tattoo of a car racing around a corner to park in a garage. Fast forward 20 years and the car is still there but the corner has got a whole lot bigger, and cracks and divots have appeared in the roadway. The car is not emitting environmentally friendly gas. But taking this idea to its extremity, our Special Counsel can conceivably have his posterior framed and left to his family so that they perpetually could dine by moonlight for generations to come, listening to the Glen Miller Band ‘Moonlight Serenade”. His family is fairly feisty, and religious, so as the Good Book says they may need to turn the other cheek.

At Aylward Game, we are a family program so we won’t raise the idea of the West Indian Cricketer who was asked what his tattoos of ‘WENDY’ was short for, “Welcome to the West Indies and have a nice day”. Dinner conversations next to the portrait would make the meal difficult to swallow.

If not you may not get to decide who gets your assets.

They will pass by a process of intestacy and potentially the Government could get your hard-earned.

If you have a valid will your chances are much better of your assets going to whom you would like.

That said, do not do the cheap $20 post office will!!
