BACKGROUND
La Toya is a Solicitor at Aylward Game Solicitors. Originally from New Zealand, she is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and is a member of the Queensland Law Society.
La Toya has experience across both private practice and in-house legal environments. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in corporate and commercial law at a regional New Zealand firm and later within the legal team of a large tertiary organisation, where she advised on a broad range of commercial and operational matters.
Her experience includes contract and commercial advisory work, governance matters, regulatory compliance, procurement, and stakeholder engagement across a range of industries and organisations.
La Toya is committed to delivering practical, commercially focused advice tailored to her clients’ needs and takes a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.
Outside of work, La Toya enjoys travelling, staying active, exploring the outdoors, and finding great coffee spots.
